Leaf & Acorn sponsorships are first-in-first placed for priority placement. Promo items are not provided by Crosswalk Fellowship’s Fall Fun Festival and must be a Fall Fun Festival approved item. Fall Fun Festival, its organizers and related organizations reserve the right to refuse inclusion of any swag bag item. Sponsors are responsible for providing their promotional items (300 pieces for 300 swag bags) banners and/or brochures. Where applicable, ads/logos must be received before t-shirt, swag bag, and booklet print deadline dates to be included as noted above.
